This blog is managed by me, and it's about the stories of my business with local astronomy community and the equipment we use or dream to have. I'm in telescope business since 1996 in Malaysia. At the beginning of the journey, I'm kind of "slow motion" and only geared to start in 1999 when the Chinese astronomy magazine discontinued. This magazine is called "Starhunter", the first color printed in Chinese in South-East-Asia published by us. This is part of my history in running telescopes business.So, I'm now the owner of Starfield Instruments Supply and my business partner is Mr Ngan, who built a dome and 8-in dobsonian telescope in Seremban Chinese High School with fellow classmates cum astro-enthusiasts. We are the authorized dealer of ORION Telescopes & Binoculars of USA. If you have different demand, we may work it for you.
The latest update is I just relocated my office from Bukit Jalil to Puchong. This is not the area where you would get caught in traffic congestion, or vehicles clamped by MPSJ or a hectic commercial area hardly to get a carpark lot but easier access from Puchong or Bukit Jalil Highway. Plenty of carpark lots, no worry.
